Sportsfest for Women

Following on the heels of the past eight very successful Sportsfest events (we have raised over $875,000 during that time), I want to let you know that the fifth annual Sportsfest for Women is taking place again this year. Details are as follows:

WHEN: Sunday, September 21st between 9am and 2:30pm at Camp Robin Hood (www.camprh.com).

WHAT: Each team will consist of seven selected players who will compete in five separate 30 minute games of dodgeball, newcomeball, basketball and baseball, and don't forget the minis event (mini golf, massage, trivia and a soccer kick off).  The top two teams at the end of the day will compete in a final event to decide the winner.

WHY: Our goal this year is to raise over $150,000 to purchase new and innovative computer software and hardware (including an amazing new camera and online calendaring system built specifically for those with dementia) which will literally change the lives of Alzheimer’s sufferers and their families.
