Significance of "a day to remember..." 1) Sportsfest gives us a tremendous opportunity to have a ton of fun and compete in a variety of sports that undoubtedly will result in "a day to remember" for everyone involved. 2) Sportsfest provides us with "a day to remember" for all of our friends and family members who have been directly and indirectly impacted by the ravages of the Alzheimer’s disease. 3) Sportsfest allows us to appreciate the fact that we are a group of very fortunate individuals who possess the mental faculties to remember "a day to remember" long after Sportsfest ends.
